Rainfall is a small workshop in Manchester making custom software for small businesses. When we say "we", "us", or "our" in this policy, we mean Rainfall. Our email address is hello@rainfall.build.

• Basic analytics data such as page views, referral source, and device type (no personal identifiers)

How we use it

Contact form

Our contact form is processed by FormSubmit.co. When you submit the form, your name, email, company, and message are sent directly to our inbox. FormSubmit does not store your data beyond delivery.

Analytics

We use Plausible, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that runs without cookies and does not collect any personal data. The data we see is aggregated and anonymous: page views, referral source, country, and device type. We cannot identify individual visitors. Plausible is GDPR-compliant by default.

This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. If we add any cookies in the future, we will update this policy and notify you.
